couple of camber plate questions - Focaljet

I am considering switching to h&r race springs with my ots konis for this season and maybe adding some better camber plates. Suspension travel is a concern. I see that you say they do not alter ride height. Do they reduce the available travel?

Also are Caster and Camber independently adjustable?

You will not change ride heights but you will loose about 4mm travel. They only adjust camber.
