![]() No... STILL fudging with downpipes. EVERYTHING else is done. There are now FIVE prototype cars out burning gas with our kit (and it ROCKS) and it KILLS us not to be able to release teh damn things already... ...

Because it's hard to do right. And, he said his first source was out, and had to start pretty much from scratch with a second source, who may have other projects to do.
Anything worth having is worth waiting for...and a turbo Zetec is worth waiting for. BTW, thanks Karl for your help with my downpipe (back in the day). I liked the work the TP guy did for me...though he forgot to figure the wastegate would have a gasket. Oh, well...I made due ![]()

The kit will be released with a fully finished stainless 2.5 inch ceramic coated downpipe. Minimum time about 3 months before the full kit is released. Just another run down of some of the best features of the kit. (Final kit may be a little differnet, but as of now looks to include the following) Ceramic coated Cast Iron Turbo Manifold. High quality Bar and plate intercooler Turbonetics t3 Super 60(Will be the base kit turbo) HKS SSQV BLow off valve Stainless steel ceramic coated dp. Injectors included. Oil breather system. All charge piping included. (Powder coating in different colors will be an option) Samco Silicone Hose Couplers (Red, Black, Or Blue) Stainless t-bolt hose clamps. After a few issues, pricing still looks to be 3,600 to 3,800 for the complete zetec kit.
