What is the current status on the kit and a ballpark on the time when they will be released to the public for happy happy boost time?

We are targeting 3,500.00 for the full kit Minus A flash tool / chip. A mafia will be needed for built motor guys.

The time is coming up, hopefully 08 we will have it ready to go. We have a few revisions to try out first, but it's kinda hard with all the snow on the ground here.

Glad it's back on topic. I know this one is not yet finished in terms of ready-to-market, but do you have any idea of a move into Duratec turbo after the Zetec project is selling? I like the '08 Focus, and am looking at maybe getting my hands dirty on another Turbo Focus (less chop-shop, more finesse)

The kit has been 90% for over a year... We just had some bad luck with service providers and then ended up revising alot of things.

Here she is way back at JetFest2 in March of 07'.

Since then we have changed our turbo preference, altered downpipe design, selected a superior wastegate (and made an adapter plate for it), etc.

We acctually did some more work over the weekend to get this project back on track after a too-long hiatus.

I hate to stray off topic, I was just reading.. and didn't it seem strange how Chiwestburb was so insistant on putting blame on someone else that he refused to acknowledge/admit that his son was running a fresh motor too hard by engaging in illegal street races?

edit: oh yea. and you don't really have to baby an engine for the duration of break in period, it's ideal to gradually push it. but not go balls to the walls right off the bat as i'm sure his son did. probably picked up the car. stopped at a red light and had a race as soon as it turned green.. against a grandma

Anyway, back on topic. I can't wait for this turbo kit to be released. looks far more promising than the xios kit.. and I love the turbonetics turbo and HKS BOV

So Karl....If I was interested in say...just the intercooler, piping, and maybe the manifold and a few misc. items, would that be doable? I already have a Turbonetics T3 super-60, so I really just need the other stuff to go with it.

friken A, cant wait for some dyno tests. no offense to those who have the 2003 style mustang GT but someone thinks they are god with it cause they beat my focus with it, time to put him back in his place. When i get this, first person who will kno will be him.

p.s. you guys went through a lot more crap from what ive read than I would have took. applause to you.

Yes, we coudl offer the components individually.

Give a call.

Its not that we can make one off DP's either. Its just we want to have a large quantity of them made on a production basis to improve qaulity/consistency and keep costs down.

well since i am away from my car, deployed in afghanistan for the rest of the year you guys can have it to put a motor in and test out the kit and make sure all is good. o yeah, when you are done you can just leave it in there and ill take real good care of it when i get home. promise!
