Could a complete summary of the kit be given now that it is being put into production? I was looking for full details on what is included (ie. tuning? and pricing). I am looking at the zetec kit, but others may want the info for the svt as well. Thanks.

Here is some of the inf0 Karl has given me:

Sure, upgrades are available. What did you have in mind? Remember, our base kit will support 375 WHP without any changes. So you may not need any upgrades.

A few of the components:
Turbonetics T3 Super 60 Water cooled
HKS SSQV BOV
Synchronic WG
2.5" SS Downpipe with WG flex
2.5" Aluminum and Stainless charge piping
3" Aluminum Inlet and MAF housing
Green High Flow filter
Samco 4 ply Silicone couplers
SS T Bolt Clamps
Carbon Steel Studs for manifold
Copper Lock Nuts
Cast Steel Turbo Manifold
Bar and Plate Intercooler
Seimens 60lb Injecotors

The kit will include a disc with base files to get the car mobile, but would still require a tune.

Do we have pricing yet, and does the kit include a device for getting the tune onto the ecu? Is this a full kit other than the tuning? I have zero fab skills/tools. Thanks. As you can tell, a complete noob as well

You'll have to pm Karl on the price. You will need your own flasher (Massive has them) to get the base tune into your ECM.

they can one off a downpipe at any time justin. its just a matter of mass producing a DP that will hold up and not crack the welds etc. thats alot of heat coming out of a turbo.

Install is relatively simple, I'd say figure 8-12 hours. The hardest part is the turbo manifold install itself, which is as hard as any header install. Fairly easy IMO.

Comes with full color photographic install isntructions. That HP number is exactly what you can expect from a stock motor car.

$3500 for Zetec, $3700 for SVT. The SVT kit comes with a 2.5" Stainless Flex, and the charge piping is a little more complex, so that's why its more.

Includes pretty darn much everything. It will come with base files for SCT and Diable, but it will still need a real deal custom tune when your done.

Uses ALL the best components.

Custom Massive Turbonetics turbos, cast manifold, 2.5 Inch charge piping, 2.5 Inch downpipe, BIG front mount Vibrant intercooler, real HKS super sequential blow off valve, Synchronic external wastegate, high quality SAMCO silicone couplers, larger injectors, true 3 Inch inlet and MAF setup, the works!!!

If anyone really wants one, call me up and "show me the money". I've fabbed a bunch of the downpipes on my own already, so if your serious, just push me over the edge.

We use aluminum charge piping on the top of the kit, stainless steel on the bottom for strength/corrosion resistance.

All T BOLT Stainless Beeze clamps on the pressurized side.

Basically its ready to support 450 HP with a bit bigger turbo. May I suggest the Turbonetics GTK-450?

Thats what is going on my car when I have the time.
