It's delayed, but still planning to be released this year.

There wont be different "stages" per se at this time. All Zetec/SVT kits will be intercooled.
Figure 3300-3500 for Zetec, maybe a few hundred more for the SVT kit. There will be optional turbo size upgrades. The main issue we are having with release downpipes. The bender we were using totally flaked out and we are getting things going with a new one.

Sounds awesome. Do you have any numbers on the zetec kit yet? Even estimates or how much power the kit is capable of with a built engine with either turbo sizes? The anticipation is killing me...fix that damn bender lol...

3300-3500 for the zetec kit is pretty good but does that include any sort of tuning?

Karl mentioned to me a month or so back that the kits will have the capability to carry a Predator or Xcal tune.

$3750ish for the SVT kit. It will include a 2.5" SS flex as well (part of the reason for the slightly higher cost). We have had our SVT car at 297 (on a hub dyno no less), but have power backed off to 250 or so for longevity of the car.

Karl, will there be a tune to put the kit back up near the 300 mark, if the owner felt inclined to do so, or did you guys finally go with a smaller turbo to get in the mid 200hp ballpark?

The owner can go 300 on an SVT, but for how long the engine will last, im unsure. I'd say 260 wheel is about right. This kit has a superior cast manifold and utilizes an intercooler as standard equipment.
Doesnt spool as fast as the peanut turbo in an SRT, but the payoff on the top end is phenomenal.

I'd say built motor, on our Zetec kit (which has a T3) would be 350+ ish. The SVT kit (with its larger T3/T4) should support 400.
