Massive has been offering our Zetec Under Drive Pulleys for years with great success, and we have decided to expand our offerings. Water pump pulleys are now available to increase undriving resulting in of course MORE HP and killer looks. Here is what we have to say about our new 2 piece pulley kit:

Installs in place of your factory crank and water pump pulleys. This is a BOLT on installation. REALLY frees up horsepower! Expect a nice performance gain, 5-7 wheel horsepower is typical. This device works by slowing down or "underdriving" your vehicles accessories. That includes all pulley driven items (alternator, water pump, power steering, A/C, etc.). The less horsepower your engine spends driving those, the more power it has to move your vehicle forward. Zetec motors are INTERNALLY ZERO balanced, meaning the factory pulley IS NOT a harmonic dampener of any kind. This means swapping the crank pulley will have NO adverse effects on engine longevity, Massive's staff has logged literally over 250,000 collective miles with these pulleys installed and have seen NO unsatisfactory qualities. Made of super light weight 6061 aluminum, this pulley also allows the engine to rev more freely by replacing the heavy cast iron pulley it replaces. Weight differences between this and competitors pulleys is less than 2 ounces yet pulleys offer 90% higher total rigidity and far better overall strength. These are not cheesy knock offs with fitment problems often found on ebay, these are the real deal. It looks to me like the Light Pulley is a single pulley setup and uses a non-original length belt, which it appears to come with.

The Light Dual Pulley obviously has two pulleys and most likely works with the stock length belt.

The Pro Light Dual Pulley looks to be the same as the Dual Pulley system, but it comes with a new belt. This would be a good option if you could use a new belt anyways.

the pro system uses a better belt, which is more expensive. it is stronger and hold up to heat better.

1) Does the Dual Pulley System use a stock size accessories belt?
2) Do you make the water pump pulleys in gold shape (as you did with your crank shaft UDP)?
2) Aren't you planning to introduce something similar to the below device

There is no tensioner pulley. I think you are confusing the hub adaptor for the water pump pulley.

We made the Water pump pulley to fit both duratec and zetec. It fits zetec with the hub adaptor.
