***Saleen/Eibach Suspension Kits CHEAP*** - Page 12 - Focaljet

The latest update is that a new packaging employee at Saleen has made some errors in compiling the latest kits. Some folks were shorted the front sway bar, some the sway bar D bushings (front and/or rear), some received duplicate same side front struts (such as two lefts). If ANY of these shortages apply to your order, we will get out replacements to you via priority shipment services.

TRUST ME when I say I have given these guys HELL about their recent incompetence...

I am dreaming up a compensation gift for those effected by this one two punch of delay and then incompleteness... You can imagine that Saleen will be the one footing the bill.

My package is expected in tomorrow via UPS so I'll let you know if I'm missing anything. I hope if you do have to ship missing parts to Canada, it's via USPS Priority and not UPS since I'd have to pay more duties and broker fee's through UPS and I shouldn't have to pay that twice on Saleen's error.

As a compensation gift, you can give this new employee at Saleen a kick in the bag for me

P.S. How do I know if I have two same size struts? I'm looking at the kit picture on your web page and they look the same to me.

When you get your kit look at the part number and the strut part number will end in R or L showing that its right or left. And as luck would have it, I have 2 rights. As a matter of fact I have every symptom of the sickness described above.

Maybe the guys who get the kits now will probably get complete kits.

Glad I got mine when I did, my only problem was a bent front swaybar, and missing rear endlinks.

Just got my kit today, I too am in the Saleen missing parts club

My kit had two right struts, a missing front sway bar and bushings.

Let me know when you guys get your missing parts so I know when to expect mine.

well got my kit last friday and im still waiting for the missing parts. But I got impatient and went ahead and installed the rear springs and shocks and put the front springs on the SVT struts. Its good now but I know it'll only get better once everything gets here.

That's pretty unprofessional of Saleen to blame the 'employee' That's like my 2 year old pointing at another 2 year old saying 'she did it' You are a company Saleen, you ****ed up as a whole, you are responsible for the training and communicating to your employee on what has to get done. But, that's just me venting

Hayden, not to be the bearer of bad news but it took me and some others a month to get our kits, incomplete kits at that. In all honesty, I would've waited a lil bit longer if they would've gotten my kit right in the first place.

I guess i"m just more patient than most.

Well I got my mess today. I got my front sway, 4 D-bushings, and a bubble wrapped strut with no box. I didnt get rear sway bar links and honestly I don't care. I'm sure there are other little parts I'm missing but I got all the major hardware, so fu** it. But thanks to Karl and his team at Massive for everything they did for me. BIG THUMBS UP

I got my box today with the same things as you did...however the massive guys sent me my endlinks when i first placed my order

all and all it was an ok experience i will order from massive again

saleen however is a different mess

any of you folks with missing pieces get your missing pieces yet? Saleen should be shipping us our missing pieces before they send out any new kits, we've technically still been waiting over a month for our kits since it's not complete yet.
