Massive's Customer Service is great! - Focaljet

I just wanted to leave some feedback with an experience with Massive's customer service. I had ordered a FS CAI and was told they we're temp. out of stock. I was offered another intake that I would have in my hands in 2 days for a GREAT price. Steve was very accommodating and I will have my item tomorrow. Just wanted to extend a thanks for the great service.

That's good to hear ... I am going to order the discounted Eibach system from them tomorrow ... hopefully they still have some. But I like to hear success stories.

Should I just order it online or call in?

massive ftw.

You dont really see most companies stand behind their product like Massive does, if anything goes wrong JUST GIVE THEM A CALL lol they will take care of you. I learned that the hard way...

yes, karl and steve are prolly the best thing to happen to the great lakes focus area for sure.

and they certinally helped me alot by loading the SVT brakes into our truck haha. great bunch of guys.
