SCT chip for PWSC tuned ECU? - Focaljet

Would it be possible to program a SCT chip to piggyback on to a PWSC tuned ECU to raise idle, disable EGR, O2 sensor delete, etc. to improve driveability?

An SCT flash would basically require a complete retune. Couldnt just tweak.

I want to do a genuine dyno tune. Figure 250-400 on average.
