oh ok..then do you think coil pack might cause the problem misfiring??
when i ordered, it was missing 1 spacer, so i mounted with 3 spacer only.. that might cracked coil pack??

Could be. I would take it off and inspect. Also take a look at the plug from the car itself. The plugs and the wiring going to them are prone to failure.
Look at the plugs too. Found a cracked porcelain insulator on one of my cars just yesterday. Also - did u remove the extra gasket from the coil pack 3 prong plug?

if it is cracked, is it covered under warranty??
and also the wires?? when i first mentioned about it as soon as i got it, you've told me it is fine to use 3 spacers.. yes i removed extra gasket and used 1 only, i don't remember but i think i removed factory side and used what it came with..

Sure, I could get it covered. Wires sound fine though.
I dont recall telling you that, as I have seen that happen before. But you never know. Maybe I forgot my anti-DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) pills that day. I always seem to get them mixed up with mentos.

Well, I did say "for now".
So you should not have run it that way for 5 months. But I can warrant it for you.

checked it and don't think it is coil pack, i didn't see any crack..
or is there any way i can check for internal?? checked wires, it might be the problem if there is crack in wires, it shrinks and expands when hot right? it happens when engine is cold..after warm up, misfire seems to go away.. but i will go ahead and replace new spark plugs and see if it fixes problem.. i will let you know on monday or tuesday..

hmmm..here is an update..
when it happened, weather was close to..0 celcius.. oct 18th, weather got warmer close to 10 celcius.. and never had this misfiring issue.. but i put new spark in it today because i didn't want go back to dealer to return.. only thing i could notice was a bit smoother idle.. changed from regular motorcraft spark plugs to motorcraft platinum.. i will have to wait until weather gets cold..and will let you know again.. 1 last question, should i run something 1 step colder plugs with this setup??

With just the swap of the coil pack and wires, stock heat range is fine. If you have a few other mods, 1 step colder could be beneficial.
