This is my custom dash i made. and in the rules it says that you can modify the driver compartment panels... But somebody told me that you cant modify the dash?

Really I think if it looks clean and the "dash top" where the gauges and a/c vents are are intact Its legal but its been open to speculation.

I havent read the rally spec rules lately either. It looks alot cleaner than mine, I think it would pass just tech fine.

what about this bodykit? Because it is an RS type bodykit??

The dashboard should pass but it looks like you added an extention onto the ebrake handle and I do not think that is legal. I would have to reread that section of the rule book.

The body kit is not legal. Although it looks cool. Plus the body is last place you want to spend money since it will just get dented and scratched from flying rocks and when you hit a tree or something.
