Simon runs a system that uses the SVT header and then is custom from there back. I know main pipes are 3". Not sure on the cat or the flex pipe. He has one muffler, am pretty sure it is a glass pack style one.

Yep. What Andrew said. It's a high-flow cat right after the SVT header and I think the guy who did it for me butchered the SVT flex pipe I had to fit the 3" custom exhaust. We have a glass pack about halfway back.

It is loud. Not bad at idle or if you hold it at 3500 rpm where it would be tested at a rally but on transits when we're not wearing our helmets it can get pretty uncomfortable. I keep toying with the idea of adding a truck muffler or something but people keep coming up to us at the rallies and tell us how awesome it sounds. Alledgedly it makes more power the way it is but there's a penalty. :-)

Any of the various Ford places (both here and elsewhere) that carry Ford Racing parts.
