Well, I'm looking at a 400-450 fronts and 500-575 rears if I have to run in Performance Touring (PTD) at Nationals. It will depend on the dampers. I'm going to go with Vogtlands coilovers for Nationals. At the very least I'm going to go with 350 Fronts 450 Rears... because I know they have those.

Of course if we have five SF at Nationals I run in SF.

Chris, Robb Holland here. I run the Fila Activewear Focus in Speed World Challenge. I don't have any pictures of the cage here but I have to go down to the shop tomorrow and when I'm there I'll shoot some of our car so you can see how a cage should look. The cage that I'm running was built 3 years ago and as of next year it won't pass tech! That's how fast cage design is moving. I feel that the cage design we are currently using is the minimum you should be looking to install. I can't stress enough how important this aspect of the car is. We all compete in one of the most dangerous sports out there, the right cage design makes a big difference in walking away from an incident or being carried off. A last note to all the racers reading this post PLEASE BUY A HANS DEVICE NOW! Safety is paramount plus chicks dig them. Good luck with your racing efforts.
