After the Championship Race - Focaljet

Spec Focus will be afford the opportunity to use the podium for photos, trophy presentations, and Champagne spraying in the best tradion of Dan Gurney. You did know that he was the first to do this, right?

The location is TBD, but most likely will be in or next to tech, as thats where all the winning cars and drivers will end up after each race.

Once this is done, you will be whisked off to the Press Room for interviews with local media, ,TV, GRM, etc.

Then you can make your way back to tech, at which point you can find your crew and car.

You will need to have a crew person/friend etc to stay with your car during the tech process. This will be gone over at the drivers meeting as well.

So, all this being said, here are some helpfull hints:
Have a Current NASA patch on your drivers suit. Get rid of all those "other" patches from, IMSA, Grand AM, SCCA, etc.

Think about who you'd like to thank, sponsors, family, etc. Make sure you thank Focaljet, Ford Racing and Toyo Tires....Write it down!
Make sure your car is up to GRM photo requirements. They did a great article about what it takes to get your car in a mag a few issues ago. Read it!

We'll have four cars for sure. F2 is working on the 5th car for Shawn to drive.

Mid-Ohio has a winners stand/podium, right by the pits and garages.
I would think they would do the honors there.

Has the background for photo's and space in front for the foto type folks.

You could hang a focusjet/spec focus banner on it , maybe?
