Why is Andy's time lower than Brett's?

Andy would have done better, but he's used to driving a RWD V8 Focus.

I don't know if anyone even took pictures. I realized that I didn't have my camera as I was leaving work around noon.

Some great racing out there, but definitely need more cars. I think from the showing put on, though, there should be no trouble getting more folks interested in the series.

Thanks again to the Capaldi's for having their paddock open for those of us who were spectating to just hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. I had a blast on Saturday! Wish I could have made it back for Sunday, but wanted to hang out with the wife and my transmission was going downhill fast.

Way to go Brett! I had a few cocktails to celebrate everyone's success. My babysitter was MIA so I couldn't make it down.

They were a hazard for sure. If they only had a large antenna with a orange flag on them, many people wouldnt of had any probems with them. They're really fast and super low and hard to see.

I had the best seat in the house for the SF race!! Right behind the SF guys up until the full course caution!

Im just sorry my incar camera shut off at lap 2.

Congratulations to Brett Mars on being the first NASA Spec Focus National Champion. It was great having you in Group F. I enjoyed meeting all of you and learning about the class. I believe that this class will take off and put on a good show next year at M-O. See you next September.

They are very hard to see when they are around you. I personally wish we weren't running with them. Running with the legends is they only complant I had at Nationals... Except for the moron Pit Offical that ran right in front of me in the pits. I have no idea what he was thinking. I'm sure he was glad I had the SVT brake kit on the car.

I think Andy might be coming out to the West Coast next year, but I think he's going to a NASA event (25 hours) and Jetfest Spec Focus Championship.
