The only reason I say that is cuz I had A-Pillar damage to my car (tire flying through the air) and the damage came to about $7500... the only reason the car didn't get totalled was cuz it was less than 6 months old, so it was still "worth" about $10k.

But yah I had to replace the door, cut out some of the unibody, which looks like that'll have to happen here. Not at all cheap work to be done.

I'll grab the drivetrain outta it tho!

I did not see any A pillar damage, besides race car body work is much cheaper than street car!!

I was looking into that car the other day...just thought it be more work than it's worth for $5500.00.

Agreed that race car body work wouldn't be quite as difficult though.

There's always that 2000 miles away issue too.
