Spec Focus Rules question re: wheels
According to the official Spec Focus rules version 25 January 2006 – Version 1.6.1.
20 Wheels and Tires Any 17-inch OEM Ford SVT or Ford Racing rim may be used. Tires shall be Toyo RA-1 in the 205/40/17 size. now does this mean i can use any 17" rim that fits a focus or do i have to use an SVT rim or ford racing rim ONLY? thanks chris

Hi Chris.

i just wanted to make sure. i was thinking about buying some aftermarket 17" rims but now i wont since they would be illegal. thanks chris Quote:

possibly. i have my main track car which is the BMW. I getting that ready for SpecE36 right now. i'd also like to campaign my SVT. i'm just trying to slowly get everything lined up for spec focus. the suspension and brakes are all done. i have an extra set of svt rims but will need a second set. need to get tires. the last step would be the cage. not sure if i can make the leap with this svt since its so nice. i'm might pick up a salvage title SVT instead. not sure yet
