What "PT" group would most SF's fall into?

It looks like most SF will be PTE some could be PTD. I believe all Leo's cars would be PTE.

What is the difference between PTE and PTD? What are the other cars in each group?

Most of the cars in PTE and PTD are Small bore. Like H4, SER Cup, Spec Neon and etc cars.

The only difference is the PTD cars should be faster then the PTE cars.

I just checked out that link. I am PTE, but I could gain another 15 points and still be PTE. That makes my car a very poor Spec Focus.
