They can't be. But they can be too small.... spec rules require 17" Ford OE wheels only.

Where is your rear tow hook attached? If it is attached to the bumper support you will want to move it since that support is very insecurely attached to the car. I can send you picture when mine was pulled through the bumper skin when trying to move the car.
Otherwise looks like a great race car. |

He is in the same boat as me... We have race cars but no license. I will need the spec suspencion before racing but meanwhile driving time is the most important thing even if the car is not totally up to spec...

I think his comment had to do with one (and almost two) wheels being off the ground in this corner. Maybe a tongue in cheek comment

The rear tow hook is a strap style that is bolted inside of the "frame." Thanks for the compliment. |

This car looks amazing in person. Thanks again for letting me take a look at it and for the info. I want to know where you got the enclosed air filter...

Found it somewhere else on sale for only $50 for the filter an enclosure, I'll be picking it up next paycheck. Thanks for the ideas!

What is that you used to plug the holes where the door mouldings were?

Right, Mine had 2 sided tape and the guide holes. Which I have yet to plug. It looks like he plugged holes with something there, I probably should do the same.

I plugged the holes using plastic "Christmas tree" body fasteners that are the appropriate size for the holes. I added a little 3m trim adhesive to the heads of the fasteners to make them watertight and secure.
