Default Its official I'm getting my Spec Focus

Hey guys Its official I found the focus I want to build (Thanks Jimmy). I will be buying a tow vehicle this week and will probably buy the focus end of this week to next week. All I need now is a trailer but I guess that can wait for a bit since there is still winter to go through... Hopefully I will be able to join you guys in the 2009 Season or late 2008 (pending licensing!!!)

Keep in mind you can always rent a trailer from U-haul for the weekend if you don't have the cash the cash for one in the short term.

Good luck with your build.

THANKS guys,

For the trailer I would rather buy one because it would provide a place to keep the car enclosed (I don't have a garage perse...) BTW guys I will be racing in the OH/IN region which I notice is the one with most focus!!!

I'm located between Holland, Mi and Dayton, OH (depends if i'm in school or Co-oping)

get as much track time as you can afford. also, if you haven't done it yet, go to a NASA race where leo and company is racing. just hang out and you will learn a ton. i know i did.

Not sure if you're looking for a new or used trailer, but check out www.econotrailer.com

Decently made, but last a long time. I have the 16 foot open deck and tow it easily with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My previous econotrailer was a 1991 model that finally broke last summer, and that includes sitting outside year round in the snow and salt in virginia - so they're quite durable and very inexpensive.
