Before I go doing something that will be expensive to undo.... what are the official rule changes?

We won't start working on them until November. But, Leo and I have already talked about it and we both feel there's no reason to change anything at this time.
So, I don't think there will be any changes to the rules. But, if you guys have some ideas, feel free to throw them out there.
