Default 2009 Nasa Ccr

The New CCRs are out http://www.nasaproracing.com/rules/ccr.pdf

From what I can tell the following rules have been changed for 2009

Mounting Points
Plinth boxes, if used, should have a support plate on the bottom to protect the edges of the box from punching through the sheet metal

Head and Neck Restraint
HANS brand devices with FIA 8858-2002 certification stickers are acceptable in lieu of SFI 38.1 stickers. Older HANS devices with the J-clip/D-ring helmet attachments must be upgraded to the new “Post-Type” anchors.

Impound
The top four (4) finishing drivers and cars in each class must proceed to impound
immediately after the race. Additionally, any vehicles that lost any body panel(s), had body contact, and/or lost any parts (i.e. muffler) on track must report to impound. Failing to do so may result in penalties imposed on the driver. If in doubt about finishing positions the vehicle and driver shall report to impound. It is the driver’s responsibility to report to impound with the vehicle and the vehicle’s logbook at the proper time. If it is necessary to stop in the pitlane after the checkered flag, no adjustments to the vehicle are allowed. Taking tire temperatures is permitted.

Fire System or Fire Extinguisher with Halotron I can now be used.

No. It's 2 pounds from Normal Factory Charge.....For example a 5lbs Fire Extinguisher gross weight is 8lbs.

I don't know for sure. You might have to ask your Tech Inspector in your region.
