Default Tubular Control ARMS? Not allowed?

I am sure it isn't but doesn't hurt to ask...

The big question is why? The Focus control arm is a stout piece and with the adjustable top mounts you don't really gain any geometry adjustment?

I'm going to guess that it's a Safety Consideration, as there haven't been many success stories of any currently available tubular arms when it comes to Track use. Since the idea is to keep the series reasonably affordable, it's better to err on the side of caution. That's just my guess.

Michael, I agree it could be a safety issue. But my question was pointed to the original poster as to why they are even considering tubular control arms in the first place.
