Wow! Those look just like the exclusive Modern Performance foot pedals for the Focus. Unfortunately, we no longer carry them due to fitment problems. We are working on getting new pedals made.

Well, from what I found out about 5 minutes ago after calling the manufacturer is that they were NEVER made exclusive for your company and that you had ordered one of the first sets which had a cover for the Contour gas pedal by mistake (note the longer pedal in your pic).

Regardless, the simple problem has been fixed and next time I would appreciate at least a PM before a public posting trying to create a bad image for us or the products we sell! [img]graemlins/thumbdown.gif[/img] (wouldn't have done it to you!)

We are not trying to create a bad image for you in any way. We were simply letting the public know about possible fitment problems with the pedals.

WE suggested having these made about 1 year ago (and they have been on our website for that long).

When the first set was made, they did not fit at all. We notified the manufacturer and they did not make any attempt to correct the problems so we held off on them.

If we are talking about the same manufacturer, then according to you, they have resolved the fitment problems. If this is the case, then we will re-order our original batch and test fit them as we do with all of the products we carry.

If they fit, we will definitely begin to sell them as originally intended.

Thanks for the update G, however I do agree that maybe you should have approached CFM via email or PM first. It's very possible that they had know idea of a fitment problem. Your input could be valuable to them.

I know that the aftermarket biz is pretty hard fought, we just hope that our sponsors can work together when necessary to create the best for the "Focus Eco-System".

Looks like the issue is understood and at least the fitment problems will be addressed if necessary (if they haven't been already).
