I gotta couple of questions:
Do you have any kind of phone number? I won't order from a place that doesn't have atleast a contact phone number and from a rash of recent posts you don't seem to be answering e-mails (your apparent only form of communication) with any urgency. How are we supposed to order anything you post here on the Jet? So far none of the brake components you have posted here have been posted to your website for ordering, and then you add the fact that you have no phone number either on your website or posted here pretty much leaves anyone who wants to order anything out in the open. I did a fairly thorough search in the boards looking for a phone number that we could call to place orders but that turned up nothing. |

We have added a staff member to look after FocalJet. We have been shipping parts to memebers of this community for just under a year and We do not believe there should be any kind of concearns.

I have dealt with RPM before and you guys used to respond very quick. But now... [img]images/icons/rolleyes.gif[/img] There's one guy asking for the eyelids, now someone is asking for phone number and where is the respond ?

Blink_32 - The site will be updated by this evening as we have the web developer adding the new products sometime today. We do online orders only, if you have a specific concearn we can resolve that over the phone. We do not take phone orders, PayPal or Money Order only so as to ensure secure money transactions.
aha - let me talk to Tom and get the info on the shipping refund. I can't make any comments as I don't have all the facts. It'll get resolved ASAP. (do you have any additional info you can give me so I can easily find the shipping paperwork, tracking no that was used to trace the package) We now have someone who will be checking this forum a number of times a day to address any such issues. |

aha - Checked our log and we haven't received anything from UPS as can be verified by the tracking number, no refund has ever been issued as they use their std. stall tactics. But the good news is that it doesn't matter at all. Attached are three images. You mentioned Eyebrows not Eyelids ... which are the ones you wanted and we'll have them shipped out as soon as you let us know. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
If neither one is it let us know and we'll work it out before the end of tuesday afternoon. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img] BTW - the white eyelids we've sold out within two weeks, this pair belongs to one of the guys here and were otherwise not to be parted with. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

In TO we can have them hand delivered to you by one of our guys hence no shipping. Pay as you receive them, so no worries [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
We are aiming at resolving any outstanding issues before this week is over and as far as we know there may only be one person left and we're already making arrangaments to get that straightened out. We also have someone checking these forums at least 3 - 4 times a day to be as current as possible. |
