Car stalling......fog light malfunction?

As some of you may know, and some may not know, my sister has a 5-speed 2001 ZX3. She has had problems with her right side fog light going out. And it is always dimmer than the other one? Any solution to this problem? Also, today, she was crossing an intersection and her car completely quit working. I know some of you have experienced this, any solution for this one yet? Thank you so very much.

Sounds to me like a bad bulb?

At least the focus is good in those situations, it's easy to push cuz it's light. After my accident I was able to sit in the driver's seat with the door open and push the whole car with my left foot!
