I\'m special, a factory DENT
I noticed that on the rear "spoiler" of my ZX3, there is a nice size dent. Should I take this to the dealer and if I do, then wil they just laugh at me? I need some advice here.

just take it to them, be kinda of upset and tell them that you never expected to drive out of the dealership a brand new ZX3 with a dent.
More likely they are going to schedule an appointment to get the car fixed and couple days after you will receive your ZX3 all happy cuz it looks like new. ------------------ Red Focus ZTS stick shift, eyelids, painted mirrors, leather, moonroof, etc, etc, etc |

By all means, take it right back and gripe at them - didn't they give you one of those bogus pre-delivery inspection forms all filled out that said your new car was defect-free? If dealers want to talk the talk (quality is Job 1, blah blah) they need to walk the walk...

yea don't let them pull the delivery inspection crap on you. Those are done by lot attendants most of the time, or a salesman that is pissed that he is being made to do it. So trust me they aren't inspected all that great.

Thanks guys, I'll set up an appointment with the dealer. I have a few major problems that need to be taken care of.
