Default Weird vibration when shifter pulled to Reverse on the auto tranny. HELP!!

Yeah, that is the problem, when I pulled to R, auto tranny, with my foot on the brake pedal, the car is vibrating a little, but when I leave off my foot, it's gone. Don't know if it's because I didn't bring it in for service for the 15,000 miles. I usually do it with my Mercedes and Acura MDX. I guess I beat up my little Focus too much. Any thoughts?
