1.8 engine revs fault - Focaljet

does your focus 1.8i do any of these
1 when changing gear the engine "blips" revs up by 500 to 1000 rpm ?
2 the engine feels like it's pulling away,like when going downhill, at low speeds,or using engine braking ?
3 if you put the car in neutral,or dip the clutch while moving, the engine is revving at 1200 to 2000 rpm, when you then slow to a stop the engine speed drops immiediatly from this to normal tick overs speed of 750 rpm
please, any guidance ?
