Sorry this is suppose to be McCotter ford in Titusville.

I am getting real tired of this place, I have bought my last 3 cars from them, so I figue I would brin them a front facia to paint, well 10 working day and counting and I still have no front facia, every time they call and say it done I drive my happy a$$ there to get it and what do I find, runs, hair in the clear coat, and what feels like sand in the paint.
What do I do next, I have complaind to the service manager everytime and all ha says is "I'm sorry we'll fix it and call you when it done".

You might want to send a letter or email to Ford. Sometimes that has an effect on the service quality, sometimes not. Have you tried talking to the manager/owner of that dealer location?
