Default the lemon equation: # of recalls + # of other warrenty work

How many recalls does it take to determine if your car is a lemon? And then can you add to that the amount of times you bring it in for other warrenty work? where is the cut off?

I mean i have had my car in for every single recall posted on the jet and then i had it in for the rotors and now for the relay switch which has turned into a three day project because they have to replace all the wires in the car that are associated wit the relay switch. Y am i getting the relay switch replaced you ask? cuz you know all that hesitation and bogging and cutting off of the car that everyone has been talkin about on the jet? well thats the culprit! My switch came loose and then the wires and then problems! So now im just fed up wit it all ya know! i love my car and all but damn.....

Check your state lemon law.
Each state has different requirements. http://autopedia.com/html/HotLinks_Lemon.html

i know here in hawaii the only way you can lemon law your car is if it has the same exact problem 3 times in a row.
i know one guy that was having problems with his foci and he got fed up so he drove 100 miles with one foot on the brake and one on the gas , he did this 3 times and got a new car. but i dont know if its the same everywhere else
