Default car maintenance

Will maintenace the car by myself avoid the warranty?
and can it affect the future selling of the car because of the empty maintenace book?

Default Re: car maintenance

No, the work simply has to be done at the proper intervals. I am a mechanic although I don't work at Ford or a shop; I am not going to pay someone to do what I can do better for free. Just save the sales slips that show the parts you bought and enter the work you did in the maintenance book. You might also want to write the mileage on the sales slip next to the printed date.
