Recalls and Service Bulletins to date - Focaljet

I'm about to set up an appointment with my dealership and was wondering if anyone had already compiled a list of all the seven or so recalls and service bulletins for the Focus.

This post could also serve as a quick checkup for others later, to have a big list to print out and bring to your dealership. Thanks!
