Sorry, this would be an inaccurate statement. I owned a 2005 Jeep Liberty CRD up until two weeks ago. It was lemon lawed by Chrysler. The vehicle was bought in July of 05 and it was Lemoned in Oct. of 07.

The DSB works. I ended up with a lemon mustang back in 01. I went through the DSB and I did the interview over the phone. I had a new car a couple days later.

when i purchased my focus from my dealer there were many problems nothing to big like with the engine. but the back windows didnt work, cd player didnt work, cruise controle didnt work, wipers were broke, brakes were bad and b4 i test drove it he told me how the car went through a 100 and something inspections and passed them. I asked him what the hell did they look at? because literally everything that was the easiest to check was broke! but this is the best part, he showed me how it was a special eddition. mach audio. well guess what it has hid headlamps also used on the svt, well when the highbeem went out i had it looked at while they did an oil change the kid asked are thes factory? i said yes because they are well he got all his buds around and they went to town tearing all they could get out of under the hood to get the back of the light off. they kinda stopped and put it all together and said i was good to go. well i turn my lights on every time i turn on my car and now my low beam and high beam were out so i got the manager he said there was nothing he could do. we argued for about 10 mins and told me to come back monday, this was friday. ok well im not getting a ticket so i went home took of the cover to find the light was unpluged along with the mount that holds the lense broken so the light was pointing all up into oncoming traffic ppl flashed me everytime i went passed anyone it bounced all over. i was beond pissed i went in on monday spoke with the owner of the dealership he told me ford didnt make those lights, that they are aftermarket. i couldnt explain to him that they werent. so i went into the service part they fixed the high beam and told me the bracket was loose and they tightened it then they handed me a bill for 80 dollars. well i snapped the lady backed away from me at the counter they sat me down and i argued more trying to explain that the lights are from ford it says ford right on the inside of them but they wouldnt look. he offered to sell me "factory" headlights because since these werent ment for my car they could catch fire. well the mach edditions dont have the turn signals in the grille so i was like what u gna do for turn signals do i stick my hands out the window? he then went on to tell me that mach audio was a company that bought a certain amount of these cars and customized them and ford was not in any way affiliated with mach. he told me he had never heard of mach audio or mach, even tho they used to be an option on almost every car they produced. so i went home printed off a stack of pages showing FORD producing mach eddition focus and when i went to hand it to the owner he wouldnt take it but he then went on to say that he found out that the lights were from ford but only ment for the svt and that my car couldnt have them.i had paper in my hand showinng it could and did. so i gave up for a month and got sick of ppl flashing me and went back even more angry than ever i was only 16 at the time and they thought they could bull**** me but im not an idiot i even wrote to the ford company itself bitching, i went in told them that they were going to fix it or they could spend the extra in paying my car off for this and the other problems it had such as the thermostat housing breaking and me paying for it cuz "they put alot of money allready into the car" they actually told me that. so i jus paid them for it whatever, but i told them that i would take them to court wether or not if i really could have they told me the same bull**** so i finally said ok you think im pissed right now? well i got these anger problems from my mom and im calling her now and she will come in here, i called she came and they acted as if they had been helpfull but she knew allready what i had gone through and well they ended up buying me a brand new one and i also got to say with a smile of course put the old one in my car im taking it. should have seen the look of a 16 year old telling this 47 year old what to do. i continued to have problems with them they all flock away when i pull up no joke and my story isnt really that big of a deal but it shows how ford treats their customers the ones that give them the jobs they have like ****. it also shows what they know about the cars that are made by them there was much more to my story on some of the bull**** coming from their mouths but it all came down to me being a kid and them thinking they could do whatever with me. I know that there are dealers out there who do a great job but there are more bad than good, and ford if they havent yet needs to change how they work their things because they wont get anywhere. and i still own the car and im going to school for auto tech and now i know how to do all of the work myself or im still learning but ever since i started fixing any of the problems they stayed fixed and are still working fine the car has 108,000 miles on it now had 68,000 when i bought it and i drive 100 miles a day i love the car its just horrible how ford cant fix THEIR mistakes and have happy customers who WOULD have continued being their customer for years to come but all ford wanted to do was save themselves that 200-4000 dollars and loose out on that 20,000 they could have got once that person wanted a new car. wtf is wrong with them? make ur customers happy! they are allready paying thousands for the car they shouldnt need to put any more into the car! ok im done with my little rant, at least i feel better now lol
