Default Loud creaking from front left suspension/wheel area

I have a 2001 ZX3 with about 54,000 miles on it. At 24,000 miles I installed Eibach Pro Kit springs and Eibach Pro Dampers. Everything has been peachy up until early last fall. I began hearing a creaking noise coming from the front of the car. It was very difficult to hear/produce at the time, but I knew it was there. During the winter months I started to hear it more often and now it's spring again and 70 degree temps have returned and it is extremely loud. The noise only happens on right hand turns (weight transfered to the left side of the car), ESPECIALLY long sweeping right handers. Usually below 20 mph is when I hear it the most. Going over driveway entrances at 5 mph or less also produces the creak.

If I open the door and jump up and down on the drivers door sill, the noise is easily reproduced as well (bouncing the passenger side results in nothing, btw) The suspension still feels extremely tight and safe at speed, but it is just noisy as hell. It sounds like a dry bushing is creaking perhaps?

Any input? Things I should check before I take it to the dealer?

    *update:

I had some time this evening to get under the car and check things and I think I may have isolated the problem.

There is a metal bar connecting the sway bar to the strut. I could reproduce the creaking by pulling this bar and I also noticed the rubber on the link connecting this bar to the strut was all dried out. I think it is called the stabilizer bar end link (?)

Anyone know what I am talking about? I don't have a pic of it, but I can get one if need be...

    *edit...

That is the part on our cars that is making the noise (I think that's a Dodge Caravan )

That's just a pic I found on google. But my bushings are completely dried out and all cracked.

I put some WD40 on them earlier and the creaking is completely gone. I'm still going to replace both of them though.

Is this something I could do or should I take it to the shop?

^^ You're right. That's the stabilizer end link. It's fairly cheap to replace. There are some aftermarket options, and there is an updated stock part (I think).

Is it something I can do myself?

you can do it yourself in like 30 min. a side at most. 2 bolts/nuts on each side and your done. I did mine and it's a cake job. they are like 25 - 35 a piece to buy them at the dealer.

Yeah, I just had to replace those myself! Funny, because where I work we make parts like that...not for Fords, but not too different!
