Taillight running light will not work - Focaljet

hey guy i need some help.. my rear driver side taillight running light will not work. the turn signal and the brake part of the light work perfect. but as soon as i turn the headlights on the back running light is out. ans yet the brake and signal still work.. i have tried everything , i replaced the bulbs, and the fuses and even traced the wires back to the switch. im so lost please help me out, my inspection is pass due and this is the reason
