Default Dash Lights/PArking Lights

Last night the dash lights and parking lights stopped working. I found a blown fuse, I replaced it, turned them on then it blew right away.
I am guessing I have a short. Any suggestions where to start looking?

I think an unrelated issue is when I turn right the interior light comes on and the door open warning light flahes. This doesn't happen 100% of the time.
Any suggestions anyone?

Thanks,

V

Welcome to FocalJet.

We'll need some more information about your car. My gut reaction would be possibly the wiring harness between your hatch or trunk or liftgate and the body. I know for a few of us that over time some wire insulation can crack and cause short circuits. Some of the symptoms can be lights not working or possibly issues with the doors (locks or the car thinking the doors aren't locked or are open).
