Default autocrossin tires?

Kumho, Yoko's, Toyo's what should I buy? I'm sticken with my stock 16" rims for this year but going into a 225/45. Any opinions out there?

This has been discussed before. There are certain tires that will put you in a class which you probably don't wanna run in.

I'd run your first several autocrosses on stock tires. Aftermarket stickies often will hide subtle mistakes that new drivers make, and running on stocks will help you learn more about the physics of your car, that way, when you switch to some aftermarket tires, you'll be that much better a driver... USe the Search function in this forum to get more info, but overall, I think everyone here who's run a car in SOLO II will say something similar to what I've said... learn how to run with your stock tires first.
