Default Left Foot Braking

Anybody got any tips on how to practice this effectively? Ive been trying to do it but its downright dangerous to learn on the street due to the fact my left foot doesent have nearly the same sensitivity as my right...

I have the exact same problem. When your left foot is trained on a clutch, a brake pedal just falls right in, and scaring the living crap out of your passengers!

My tip: practice in a parking lot just going, then stopping, then going.. after about 27 years, you'll have it down pat!

Yeah, I think you just have to keep trying. Don't give up. I can't think of any better way to learn.

Just a lot of practice.
This next part may bring a few negative comments but it worked for me. When I was learning to drive Super Stock way back when, the person teaching me had me practice "barefoot" in the beginning to help me "feel" the car's reactions to my inputs. When I felt comfortable with that, I put on the shoes.

I don't need to say much, but BadNBlack & I practice on a parking lot. Make sure it's empty, and a well-lit parking lot at night is very safe for practicing. Here are some shots of the aftermath of us practicing different drifting and cornering techniques, including left-foot-braking, brake oversteer, pendulum drift... ahh we had a FIELD DAY!!!

And of course some love for our foci (Black one's BnB's and the Silver one's mine):

oops... more rubber on the pavement in this one:
