Guess it hasn't sold yet, I still have a chance to get it.
Can't quite justify $29,900 for Chura's.

If I had the money to piss away I'd be all over it. I'd repaint it a stock color and have a blast destroying all sorts of "better" car owners egos. lol I mean think about it how many here have had that stare people give you after a track day and you tell them it's a stock focus. With this bad boy I'd be walking by the C6's on track.

No? Maybe slap a cat on that puppy after the repaint, get it through an emissions test, hang some plates on it, and it'll look kind of stock--must have the front plate. Then: Squint. Might have to put some Euro SVT wheels with ContiSportContacts on it.

The car was probably purchased as a body in white from ford. Therefore it would have no VIN number and would be impossible to register for road use.

I for one would be upset if some amateur with more money than brains buys it. This is a pro level racecar and deserves a competent team and driver, this car deserves better than to be castrated and used as a yuppy HPDE toy.

Further more 65k is a bargain for a top flight World Challenge car, this thing probably cost well over double that to build and probably double that again to campaign for a year.

Jakub

Edited for spelling

I'm thinking $65,000 would buy a really nice sports racer, and have enough left over to race a season. Heck, I could race all season on $29,900.
