Talk about a mess. Here is what the club I run with is doing this year.
Tire Multiplier Street Tires = 1.00 R-compounds = 1.03 Horsepower Multiplier Below 150 HP = 1.00 150 HP to 250 HP = 1.01 251 HP to 350 HP = 1.02 Over 350 HP = 1.04 Vehicle Weight Multiplier Vehicle weight less than 2000 lbs = 1.02 Vehicle weight 2001 to 2500 lbs = 1.01 Vehicle weight 2501 to 3500 lbs = 1.00 Vehicle weight over 3500 lbs = 0.99 In this mess my car is a 1.04. They usually list by the indexed time fastest to slowest but the do post you raw time before index. It is a messed up deal because they do not want to have to class everyone. It is a run what you brung deal with the honor system on power and weight.

Philly kind of does both, where they list all the times, the best time you had, and then the adjusted time
there are two scoreboards, one separating cars in their class, one just overall how you did after the time adjustment

Here's how we list ours in Colorado/Continental Divide Region...
http://www.rmsolo.org/msp_eventpts.php?rep=1_20080301WS We only list Paxes in the indexed class (X/Pro, Womens, AT (street tire)) We have a separate link for indexes to look at if you wanted to... You have to click on the dropdown menu to get to it though. We use points based off of PAX. I love this system. Top Pax gets 1000 pts. Everyone else gets points based off how your pax compares (percent-wise). I prefer that to the 1st place=10 pts, 2nd=8pt, 3rd, etc. This way you don't get shafted by being 3rd in class because 2 national level drivers beat you and you only get 5 or whatever points but some noob gets 10pts in his class because he's the only one in it. Texas Region SCCA does results by class and overall pax and every now and then I will publish overall raw times.
www.texassolo.org I now that Spokes in Austin does it the same as us, because that is where I started and learned to do timing and scoring. www.spokes.org _PA |

im new to the autocross scene this year. we had one aug 10 (results arent posted yet) but im with TLSCC (tri lakes sports car club) and we all did 6 runs each. i know we are divided up into class (i was put into g stock for the aug 10) not sure if they were raw times but it was the time to go thru the course that was setup. i also think we run scca rules
