So, how about those that don't like math? In a general 2.3L duratec, is there a RPM we should be shifting at? My general track/race shifts are..

Launch - 2800-3100
1st-2nd - 5900-6300
2nd-3rd - 5800-6200
3rd-4th - 5800-6200

And.. I've never been in 5th on a track, barley ever hit 4th.

I don't have a dyno sheet but I do have an '03 ZX3 2.0 Zetec/5-speed. Stock (except FRPP spark plug wires) it made 107 whp & 135 ft.lbs. Peak hp was at 4200 rpm and held until I hit the speed limiter (just over 6k). I can't remember where peak tq. was.
