Default '05 ZX4 Auto Trans Delayed Shifting

I have an 05 ZX4 with an automatic trans that is having problems. I am at 65,000 miles and just changed the filter and transmission oil. I added two bottles of TransMedic. None of these actions have helped me with my current problems. When I accelerate, I get all the way to 4000 RPM before it shifts into 2nd gear with a thud. Or, I can go to about 3500 RPM, let up on the gas a bit, then give it a bit more gas and it shifts smoothly. I also cannot get into overdrive at all.

I had a shop put it on the computer and it read an error: P0767, which means that the "D" Solenoid is stuck open. I can't find the part number even after calling a few dealers. There are 6 or so different solenoids in there, with 3 of them being identical and 3 others that are unique.

I have dropped the pan before and can change the D solenoid on my own, but are there any other issues to look out for when I change this?

I found out that the "D" solenoid comes in a 3 pack for $123.50. I think that all 3 must be replaced at one time as they are linked. I also was told that the "D" solenoid has a blue connector wire.

My auto is having the same problem but it can go in OD i do the same thing as you to shift smoothly, im just looking at a manual swap, auto has 133k on it, so i dont put more money into an auto cause i was going to change it to manual to begin with just was hoping the auto would last for how long its going to take me to get a motor for it but im really doubting that at this point. Its going to be more of a hassle for me to leave my car a auto then to make it a manual.

Did it also slip as though it was in neutral when in "1" manual?
