Shift knob question
Is it normal for the color to wear off after a bit of use?

I've been told that certain people with higher pH levels in their sweat can wear the color off the knob. It is rare, but we have seen in from a few people.

My Steeda shift knob has turned rainbow colored and small lettering that reads "Michael Jackson Racing" is starting to show through.
