Went to Jeeves for help on springs, jackpot! - Focaljet

I went to ask.com for a little more detailed help on installing springs. I typed in what I was looking for answers on and there it was. There was one thread where I guy was showing how to install ground control coilovers and another how to install springs and swaybars. I was really suprised how detailed and easy it was to follow these guys. Now I am sure I can do this myself. I just need to deside on what springs. Some people said H&R. Can I go a little lower on my 18"s with no problems or are the H&R's better for thar rim diameter. I woneder if Jeeves can help me install a turbocharger?

How to install springs or coilovers? Note, the cars in the demos are not Foci but they follow the same installation process.
