Thanks to DisrupTer911 for putting this together for me.

ZX3/LX/SE/ZTS:
F: 110 lb/in
R: 117 lb/in

S2: (dampers are stiffer)
F: 97 lb/in
R: 114-117 lb/in

Eibach Pro: 1.5”
F: 137 lb/in
R: 171 lb/in

Eibach Sportline: 2”
F: 131~262 lb/in
R: 102~171 lb/in

Progress: 1.8”
F: 142 lb/in
R: 160 lb/in

Steeda:
F: 136~160 lb/in

Intrax SVT Springs:

Could you also list amount of drop? I live in WV and run 215/45/17's. I would like a little more spring rate for little money. Suspension Techniques? Steeda (like the rates)? My Focus is my budget-built car...

For the record, the North American rates are 110 lb/in (19.3 N/mm) front, not 117 lb/in (20.5 N/mm)

I believe that the stock S2 spring rates are:

Front: 97 lb/in
Rear: 117 lb/in

Yup,
S2 = 97/114-117.
They are considerably softer than Std ZX-3, but the Dampers are Rather Firm by Comparison.
