Default Alignment today.

Suspension = Bilstein PSS9 coilover kit
Camber Plates by LCR (street)

My final settings are

Front Camber
Left -2°36' (-2.6)
Right -2°36'(-2.6)

Front Caster
Left 2°48' (-2.8)
Right 3°06' (-3.1)

Front Toe
Left 0°
Right 0°

Rear Camber
Left -1°42' (-1.7)
Right -1°48' (-1.8)

Rear Toe
Left 1/16"
Right 1/16"

Question, is caster being off like that a bad thing?

Don't worry too much about the front caster. You're camber is even in the front, which is good.

I wouldn't run that much toe in the rear if I were you though. That's gonna wear your tires pretty quick. I would shoot for half as much, if any toe in the rear.

Min spec is 1/16 though?

I might go back and have him set it to 0, but the spec sheet said min. is 1/16"

Can anyone confirm this?

My rear toe is also set at the minimum spec and those tires wear no more quickly than the fronts; but they wear differently which is why I rotate my tires every 2500-3000 miles.

What most may not realize is that the Focus ships with considerable toe-in from the factory and that lowering the car really adds more toe-in and more negative camber. It is only here on [FJ] that some autocrossers and road racers have tried zero rear toe settings and the word spreads...

Rear toe-in is part of the original design of the SLA control Blade passive rear steer suspension. Again, at aligment time I request the minimum spec for my Focus's rear toe-in. When and if it becomes primarily a track machine is when I will try zero rear toe-in.

My Focus is road-going transpo and as such, I don't want to modify it too far out from the 'box'. Less is more for my road car.

croc, where did you have the alignment done? The shop we talked about measures in decimal'd degrees, not fractions. For example, my rear toe is set to (with a 1.5 inch drop) 0.17 degree per side, which is 1/16 inch per side.

Actually, my rear toe IS set to 0"

He just got this new laser rack, so I guess he doesn't know how to set it to degrees decimal. lol.

I run with 1/8 total toe out in the front. and 1/8 total toe in for the rear. I haven't noticed any excessive tire wear.

The car is setup really nice now. It will still push a little in 2nd gear corners, but for 3rd gear corners I just need the slightest lift to get the rear to step out.
