clunking noise
this is my first post in the suspention threads
i have a H&R suspension kit on my zx3 it has been on there for a few years now, just the other day i heard clunking noise when i go over bumps, took it to a shop and put it on a lift but nothing seems to be lose. swaybar links maybe? and is there a good way of checking them? |

get underneith the car while its in the air and violently shake your front sway bar near the links and see if you hear any clanking, clunking or any popping.

EuroAyres is right on the money. Sometimes you cant see that a bushing is bad.

the OE Ford end links are TERRIBLE. replace them with some Moog links (like 10x as beefy) and you'll be ready to rock
