gotta replace front struts - The Ford Focus Forum

hey guys i have an 06 ST and i gotta replace the front struts. they got 83 k on them and is it best to just go with OE replacements cuz they are the same as the FR 06 suspension

is is there anything else out there. havent been on jet for awhile now. just need replacements a lil better handling would be ok

any suggestions?

There are a few different companies to choose from. H&R, Tokico, Ford Racing and I think that is about it. I guess it all depends on what you want out of the car. It is really hard to steer you one way or another

just want replacements i guess the ford racing one swould be ok cuz they are the exact same thing on a stock ST

Which FRPP setup are you looking at (part number)?

M-18000-ZX3B Fits 2006-2009 Focus except wagon

they are the exact same thing on the ST. Me and ricardo from F2 found that out. but like i said just need OE replacements. just the dealer seels them for more

You will be okay with that kit. I had that on my 06 and I hated it, it was just to soft for me.
