Default Sqeeking over bumps

Ive noticed lately when driving i get a squeek sound from the rear of my zx3. Doesnt have to be bumps, its more so on elevation changes in the road where the i hear this sound. I do have a Roush sway bar on the car. What i have learned on here is its either sway bar end links or rear shocks right? How would i go about checking these and what should i look for?

Could be the hatch squeaking too.
